She has played weddings at many venues, including the Waldorf-Astoria, Belvedere Mansion, The Garrison, Vassar College, and the Larchmont Yacht Club…to name a few! Not only can she play piano, she also plays organ and keyboard, to accommodate church weddings and outdoor weddings. Andrea also plays solo piano, or as a duo, for cocktail hours and private parties, and is the keyboardist for Hudson Valley’s premier wedding band – The Kazz Music Orchestra. Andrea also enjoys accompanying and coaching young musicians for competitions and recitals, as well as for local school choirs.

Andrea’s other current ongoing role is at the Kingston Reformed Church of the Comforter. She has served as the organist and choir director for the church since 2004 and has hosted special performances at the church, including a swing dance, solo piano recitals, and also a church service accompanied by a Dixieland band!

Andrea is also a member of “The Swingin’ Jive Patrol”, which is a ten-piece swing band led by her brother, Dan, and which is also a family affair that includes her father, brother, and husband on saxophones, and her sister on vocals. The band has performed at weddings and festivals throughout the Hudson Valley and Washington D.C. areas. Dan and “The Swingin’ Jive Patrol” also host an annual Alzheimer’s Association swing dance fundraiser in November which in six years has raised over $26,000 for the Association. Andrea serves as the publicity chair for this event.
